Georgetownfacility is the Corporate Headquarters of Toyota Tsusho America .  Our 75-acre campus houses a variety of business functions including steel processing, warehousing, auto parts distribution, logistics and corporate services.

Division& Department: Corporate Division, IT Department

Work Schedule: M-F 8:30-5:15

Job Duty/ Responsibility:

A Provide support to operations -Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Symatec A/V, Date Backups

Work Help Desk Tickets

Create technical documentation for audit or support purposes

Create End User documentation to be used as reference or training material

Assist in Change control process

Primary and secondary on call evening and weekends

Provide support to operations -iSeries, AS400, SAP

Qualification Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Japanese fluency is must. (Speaking, writing, listening, and reading)
