. Our 75-acre campus houses a variety of business functions including steel processing, warehousing, auto parts distribution, logistics and corporate services.

➤Job Duty/ Responsibility:
●A Provide support to operations -Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Symatec A/V, Date Backups
●Work Help Desk Tickets
●Create technical documentation for audit or support purposes
●Create End User documentation to be used as reference or training material
●Assist in Change control process
●Primary and secondary on call evening and weekends
●Provide support to operations -iSeries, AS400, SAP
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and Japanese fluency is must. (Speaking, writing, listening, and reading)
