“Why do Japanese take so long to make decisions?”
“Why do Japanese fall asleep in meetings?”
“How can I tell a Japanese person that I disagree with them without offending them?”
“Why do Japanese work such long hours — do they expect me to, too?”
These are some of the most commonly asked questions among Americans who work with Japanese. Often there is no good place to get the answers to theses questions. This seminar provides an opportunity to have these and many more questions answered by Rochelle Kopp, a well-known and respected cross-cultural expert, highly skilled in deciphering the intricacies of Japanese business and society. The seminar will also feature a Japanese lunch, and explanations of proper Japanese etiquette for meals and social activities.
